RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Opening and closing duties according to company procedures

· Proper beer pouring and handling practices to showcase the beer as the brewer intended

· Willingness to participate in craft beer and food related training at no cost to you. This will enable you to explain beer styles and techniques as well as advise on food and beer pairings.

· Assisting with kitchen prep and service, preparing items from our limited food menu

· Record drink and food orders accurately. Enter all sales into the Square Point of Sale system.

· Process guest payments.

· Cleaning service bar area, kitchen, taproom, bathrooms.

· Demonstrate the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Service experience in a craft beer setting preferred but must have experience in a restaurant,



pub or bar setting.

· Versatile availability, able to work minimum of 24 hours a week with opportunity to grow into a full time role

· Available days, evenings and weekends

· Possess a valid Alberta ProServe certification.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Experience with POS systems is an asset.

· Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).

· Must be at least 18 years old.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
