The position works with the controller, ownership group, vendors, and property management staff. Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly full-cycle accounting for multi-unit rental properties Handle complex commercial leases, delinquencies, adjustments, and chargebacks Deliver monthly statements, balance sheets, and reconciliations Manage cash flow, analysis, and portfolio forecasting

Requirements:
