Job Overview

- We are seeking a dependable Janitor/Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly facility.
- This role involves routine cleaning, commercial cleaning, and basic facilities maintenance to support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers.
- The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working independently as well as following established cleaning procedures.

Duties

- Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty waste and recycling containers.
- Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies and report low inventory.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and according to instructions.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as reporting minor issues and helping keep fixtures and work areas in good condition.
- Identify and promptly report spills, damage, safety hazards, or repair needs.
- Follow facility schedules,



sanitation standards, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

- Previous janitorial, cleaning, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
- Familiarity with basic facilities maintenance and maintenance practices is an asset.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to complete assigned tasks with care.
- Able to follow instructions and work safely with cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Comfortable performing routine physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting typical cleaning supplies.
- Willing to learn site-specific procedures and maintain a professional, respectful approach.

Pay: $20.25-$28.03 per hour
