We are seeking friendly, dependable Event Staff to help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests. In this hands-on role, you’ll support event setup and operations, assist guests, and help keep activities running smoothly. You should be comfortable working in a lively environment, communicating with a wide range of people, and providing attentive customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide helpful directions and information.
- Support guest services by assisting with check-in, event activities, and general requests.
- Help set up, maintain, and clean event spaces, equipment, and service areas.
- Communicate event details clearly to guests and coworkers; make announcements or speak to groups when needed.
- Work collaboratively with the event team to address guest needs and resolve routine issues.
- Follow event procedures and help maintain a safe, orderly environment.
Experience
- Customer service, guest services, or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Public speaking or comfort addressing groups is helpful
- Strong communication, reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team are key.
- Must be able to follow instructions and adapt to changing event needs.
