NL Modular is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects. The Construction Manager directs daily in office operations, schedules, and teams to complete residential and commercial building projects.

Core Responsibilities

- Subject Matter Expert (SME): Share your deep technical knowledge, practical experience, and regulatory knowledge in building systems.
- Project Management: Project design, planning, procurement, and execution.
- Site Operations: Oversee daily activities, crew members, and trade sequencing for projects.
- Quality & Code Compliance: Inspect workmanship regularly to ensure compliance with national and local building codes, drawings, and specifications.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Hire, schedule, and evaluate subcontractors.
- Schedule & Budget Tracking: Monitor project milestones, material deliveries, and labor costs to prevent delays and budget overruns.
- Communication:



Effectively communicate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial building construction.
- Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, or managing cross-functional teams in residential and commercial construction.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints, schematics, national and local building codes.
- Leadership & Problem-Solving: Strong capacity to manage diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and direct work for high productivity.
- Strategic Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to turn plans into actionable tasks.
- License: Valid driver’s license.
