Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with project teams to ensure competitive pricing and effective cost control. Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed construction estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project scope documents.
- Conduct thorough site visits to gather on-the-ground information relevant to pricing and project requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team through negotiation to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Develop comprehensive bid proposals that include cost breakdowns, schedules, and risk assessments.




- Monitor project budgets and perform cost control analyses throughout the bidding process to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Review contracts, scope changes, and project documentation to update estimates accordingly.
- Assist in the development of project schedules and resource planning aligned with estimated costs.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Proficiency in estimating software.
- Solid knowledge of construction site operations, management practices, and contract administration.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with cost control techniques, pricing strategies, and project management principles.
- Construction site experience is a plus, providing practical insight into field operations.
