Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing delicious meals, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation. Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods to ensure timely meal service
- Adhere to all health regulations and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety standards
- Familiarity with serving procedures and meal presentation best practices
- Experience working in the food industry or restaurant setting is highly valued
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
