At Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, our facilities are a reflection of our pride in offering exceptional guest experiences. As a Painter, you will help maintain the aesthetic quality and integrity of our property by providing skilled painting, finishing, and touch-up services throughout the hotel.

Position Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: $21.26 - $40.14/hour dependent on level of experience/qualification.

Job Duties Include:

- Prepare and paint surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, and trim using appropriate techniques and tools.
- Perform drywall repairs, patching, taping, and sanding as needed.
- Maintain all painted surfaces to ensure the hotel is always presented at its best.
- Safely store, label, and handle all paint products and related materials.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks related to finishes and coatings.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and ventilation procedures.
