Duties

- Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored physiotherapy treatment plans based on individual needs and medical history
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to maximize recovery outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance practices
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care




- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards
- Assist in the management of acute care cases, including post-operative rehabilitation and trauma recovery

Requirements

- Recent completion of a recognized physiotherapy residency program or equivalent clinical training experience
- Hospital experience demonstrating familiarity with inpatient care environments
- Experience working in acute care settings with diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of pediatric physiotherapy techniques is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach and active listening abilities
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams in fast-paced environments
