Overview
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated operators to be a part of our earthworks projects. We are looking for heavy equipment operators who have experience running Excavators, rock trucks, Packer, Grader, and Dozers. We are looking for accuracy, diligence, and a robust dedication to safety for this position

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate rock trucks and articulated haul trucks to transport soil, gravel, rock, and other materials throughout civil earthworks projects.
- Load, haul, and dump materials efficiently while following designated haul routes, dump locations, traffic patterns, and site instructions.
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections, basic equipment maintenance, and housekeeping, reporting mechanical issues or deficiencies promptly.
- Work closely with Excavator Operators, Dozer Operators, Foremen, and Superintendents to maintain efficient material movement and production.
Follow all company safety policies, site procedures, and Alberta OH&S; requirements, maintaining awareness of changing ground conditions, equipment traffic, and hazards.

Requirement for all jobs

- Earthwork construction experience are required.
- High attention to detail is required.
- Pay to be determined by skill and experience.
- Ensure compliance with all Company policies, OH & S Legislation, and WCB reporting procedures.




- Understand and maintain quality and production standards and work to achieve established production goals.
- Physically able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly as required in the construction environment.
- Must have your own transportation.
- Must have own steel-toes safety boots.
- Seasonal, full-time, and weekends
