Overview

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Service Providers to offer professional home cleaning services to customers. Service providers are responsible for maintaining clean, hygienic, and orderly residential spaces while respecting customers’ homes, personal belongings, and individual cleaning preferences.

This opportunity is suited to individuals with practical cleaning skills who can deliver consistent service, manage their time effectively, and communicate professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

- Perform residential cleaning services, including cleaning bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and other designated areas.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean surfaces, floors, fixtures, and other household areas as required.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, sinks, countertops, toilets, showers, and frequently touched surfaces.
- Empty household waste bins and maintain cleanliness throughout the designated cleaning areas.
- Follow customer instructions, cleaning preferences, and agreed service requirements.
- Handle household furniture, appliances, personal belongings, and customer-provided cleaning supplies with care.
- Bring appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies when required or confirm in advance which supplies the customer will provide.
- Complete agreed cleaning tasks within the scheduled service period while maintaining appropriate quality and attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding service requirements, access arrangements, progress, and any cleaning-related concerns.
- Maintain punctuality, reliability, skilled conduct, and respect for customers’ privacy and property.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required:





- Practical knowledge of residential cleaning methods, products, equipment, and hygiene practices.
- Ability to clean residential spaces thoroughly and follow customer-specific instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Professional, respectful communication and customer-service skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of residential cleaning, including standing, bending, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Willingness to provide residential cleaning services at customers’ homes and comply with applicable safety requirements.

Preferred:

- Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or professional cleaning services.
- Experience using common cleaning equipment and products safely.
- Customer-service experience and the ability to accommodate reasonable cleaning preferences.
- References or other evidence of previous cleaning experience, where available.

Service Provider Requirements

Service providers must register and maintain an accurate service profile, provide truthful information about their experience and service capabilities, and clearly communicate their availability and service area.

Providers are expected to accept only cleaning requests they can fulfil, arrive at agreed times, complete the agreed cleaning tasks, and communicate promptly if scheduling changes or service issues arise. Any applicable identity verification, background screening, insurance, or other onboarding requirements must be completed where required.

Pay: $17.60-$29.40 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
