Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, expanding our sales pipeline, and driving retail sales. Duties

- Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent revenue growth
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Support marketing efforts through outreach campaigns and promotional activities
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks
- Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize solid organizational skills to prioritize leads and manage multiple client accounts efficiently

Requirements





- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; phone etiquette is essential
- Ability to manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through closing
- Experience in sales management or supporting marketing initiatives is advantageous
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Background in dealership or retail environments is a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Motorcycle License and OMVIC certificate a plus
