As a Fashion Designer, you will help evolve PENN. Penningtons through a distinct creative point of view. You will interpret fashion, cultural and consumer influences across colour, fabric and design details. The work spans concepts, fittings, collection reviews and final execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop stylish, trend-driven women's blouses
- Translate influences into silhouettes, colour stories and fabrics
- Develop sketches, garment concepts and design packages
- Guide fittings with attention to fit and construction
- Partner with Merchandising on creative and commercial priorities

Requirements:

- Fashion Design degree or diploma in related field
- Three to five years of relevant fashion design experience
- Understanding of fit, proportion, silhouette, colour and construction
- Experience creating sketches, concepts and presentation materials
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
