Lead online casino gaming teams at Evolution in Metro Vancouver, using coaching and scheduling skills across operating tables. This is a full-time position. As Team Manager, you will serve as the team’s first point of contact and develop subordinates through one-to-ones, feedback, and performance management. You will coordinate staffing, training, communications, meetings, and KPI improvement plans while supporting gaming-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
Fluent English with robust written and oral communication Microsoft Office and computer systems proficiency Knowledge of casino gaming operations and procedures First Aid Level 1 certification or willingness to obtain Previous managerial experience is preferred Bring team leadership, gaming operations knowledge, scheduling, and coaching skills to Evolution’s Metro Vancouver studio.
