Apply HVAC and building operations expertise with QuadReal Property Group in a mobile Level 2 position supporting protected, efficient properties. The intermediate Building Operator Level 2 reports to the Operations Manager within a building operations team. You will maintain HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting, life safety, and related systems. The position supports tenant requests, vendor coordination, computerized controls, inspections, and environmentally responsible operations across various properties.

Key Responsibilities




Respond promptly to tenant service requests and emergencies Monitor computerized control systems and daily utility readings Oversee HVAC and life safety maintenance activities Coordinate repairs with approved vendors and contractors Complete property inspections and environmental assessments

Requirements:
Minimum three years of related building operations experience In-depth HVAC and life safety equipment knowledge Understanding of building drawings across multiple disciplines Knowledge of WHMIS, lockout, fall protection, and mold procedures Valid G driver's license with clean record Bring HVAC maintenance, emergency response, computerized controls, and building operations experience to QuadReal's mobile Level 2 team.
