Respond to urgent and immediate action for staffing, scheduling, client, and operational issues requiring immediate action. Assist with coordination to replacement staffing and appropriate skill mix to meet service demands. Ensure timely communication and escalation of critical issues to senior leadership and external stakeholders Provide coaching, mentoring, and clinical support to multidisciplinary teams, including after-hours and weekends. Partner with Human Resources and operational leaders on performance management and legislative requirements. Oversee client care delivery and ensure care plans are assessed, updated, and implemented to support quality outcomes. Ensure continuity and consistency of care across assigned regions. Serve as a resource on clinical standards, policies, procedures, and evidence-based practice Quality Service Delivery Investigate and respond to urgent client, family, employee, and stakeholder complaints and incidents. Manage operational, occupational health and safety, and other risks requiring immediate attention. Document incidents, complaints, and risk management activities in organizational systems. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning. Monitor service delivery for compliance with professional, regulatory, organizational, and health and safety requirements. Support quality assurance and client satisfaction initiatives while promoting accountability and continuous improvement A regulated health care professional RN ( Registered Nurse), holding a current skilled license, in good standing, to practice in Ontario A minimum of six (6) months community nursing experience preferred. Excellent computer skills/knowledge and familiarity with scheduling systems Willing and able to provide care for our clients, if required. Performance management experience is preferred.
