Mira Health Centre ( 11910-111 Avenue, Edmonton, AB, T5G 3G6) The Social Worker will help the Job Seeker navigate community health and social services that can further address long-standing needs such as mental illness, addiction treatment, housing instability, food insecurity, and other biopsychosocial factors. Provide clients with social work assessments and social work interventions in order to improve social and community functioning. Deliver quality reporting and effective communication with all stakeholders. Masters Degree in Social Work Registration with a provincial College of Social Workers as an autonomous practitioner in valuable standing Experience writing clear and concise assessment, progress and discharge reports.
