The Production Area Lead manages day-to-day operations for an assigned plant area. This front-line leadership role organizes shop-floor work, supports production and quality goals, and develops team members. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, troubleshooting, and communication across shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Organize and assign work to shop-floor personnel Execute production schedules and maintain production standards Report incidents, hazards, equipment issues, and deficiencies Educate employees on GMP, food safety, and company policies Coordinate trials and facilitate shop-floor meetings

Requirements:
High school diploma completion Minimum five years' front-line production leadership experience Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and lean manufacturing Basic Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills Robust communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills Bring production leadership, safety knowledge, scheduling ability, and team development skills to Give & Go's manufacturing operations.
