The Palladino Auto Group is hiring a Senior Detailer Senior Detailers are key for the business of our dealership. Not only ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, detailed, buffed and prepped prior to presentation to the customer, but doing so in an efficient manner. This includes working with a variety of cleaning agents, tools and professional automotive appearance and maintenance techniques. Senior Detailers, being most experienced in the Detail team coordinates with both the Sales and Service teams, ensuring quality and efficient output, and maintenance of the inventory condition. A Senior Detailer joining our team will be fully trained on the the process. Bringing with them their expertise in cleaning and maintaining vehicle interiors and exteriors, in compliance with all company standards, car inspections and accurate record keeping of vehicle condition. With the experience and expertise, the Senior Detailer will also mentor other team members,



as it is expected they have honed their skills and are willing to readily share their expertise. The Detailer team works 5 shifts a week from Monday to Saturday, day and afternoon shifts. ·The minimum requirement of High school diploma or equivalent ·Experience in automotive detailing, buffing and ·Attention to detail with excellent customer service ·Experience in Detailing will be considered an asset.
