Leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to train, schedule, and support kitchen staff. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with hotel management and front-of-house teams. Previous experience as a cook or chef in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting; head or lead cook experience is an asset. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required in daily kitchen work.
