Job Title: Configurator/Developer - Process Automation
Location: Montreal, QC
Duration: 12 Months
The IDP Configurator is responsible for the analysis, configuration, development, deployment, and support of intelligent document processing solutions primarily based on the UiPath platform. They act as a functional and technical expert to automate document processing and optimize business processes.
Main responsibilities
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for document automation.
• Design, configure and develop IDP solutions with UiPath Document Understanding, IXP and associated components.
• Participate in requirements gathering workshops with the business and IT teams.
• Configure the document classification, extraction and validation models.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows in UiPath.
• Perform unit, integrated and performance tests.
• Deploy the solutions in different environments (development, testing, production).
• Provide application and operational support for solutions in production.
• Diagnose and correct incidents or anomalies.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and solutions.
• Produce and maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Collaborating closely with architects, RPA developers, business analysts, and operations teams.
Requirements and qualifications
• Significant experience with the UiPath platform, in particular:
o UiPath Studio
o UiPath Orchestrator
o UiPath Document Understanding
o IXP
o AI Center
• Experience in developing and configuring IDP solutions.
• Good understanding of OCR concepts, classification and data extraction.
• Experience in process automation (RPA/IPA).
• Knowledge of API integrations and web services.
• Ability to analyze and understand complex processes.
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• Positive ability to explain complex concepts clearly and to collaborate effectively.
• Autonomy, rigor and results orientation.
Strengths
• Knowledge of financial or regulated environments.
• Experience with Power Platform, Blue Prism or other automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum approaches.
• Experience with ML models applied to document processing.
