Lead daily cafe operations while supporting catering coordination and coffee service excellence. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role manages a team of 1–5 employees, coordinates occasional local events, and uses Micros and Square POS systems to help deliver productive, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily cafe operations.
- Coordinate catering activities and occasional local events.
- Lead coffee service and maintain service standards.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules for a team of 1–5 employees.
- Manage vendor relationships and related operational needs.
- Use Micros and Square POS systems to support cafe and catering operations.
- Report to the Operations Director on operational activities and needs.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in cafe and catering operations.
- Experience with cafe operations.
- Proficiency with Micros POS and Square POS.
- Food safety knowledge or certification.
