Job Title: Line Operator / Set-Up Technician

Job Description

This role combines set-up technician responsibilities with packaging line operation in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will set up and change over large packaging machines, operate production lines, and ensure products are packaged, labeled, and documented in accordance with GMP and SOP standards. The position requires hands-on mechanical work, consistent use of hand and power tools, computer-based documentation, and the ability to work safely and accurately in a rapid-paced setting.

Responsibilities

- Set up and dismantle large pharmaceutical packaging machines for production and changeovers.
- Use hand and power tools such as allen keys, wrenches, power drills, and other manual tools to complete machine changeovers and adjustments.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues on packaging equipment to minimize downtime.
- Operate packaging machines in a GMP-regulated environment, following all SOP and quality standards.
- Package pharmaceutical medications accurately and efficiently according to production requirements.
- Perform labeling, scanning, loading, and unloading of materials on the production line.

Essential Skills

- Hands-on experience with machine operating, including set-up, changeovers, and troubleshooting in a production environment, preferably under GMP standards.
- Proficiency using hand and power tools such as wrenches, allen keys, power drills, and other manual tools.
- Demonstrated ability to perform changeovers on packaging or production equipment.
- Experience working on packaging machines or production lines.
- Ability to follow SOP and GMP standards consistently.

Pay and Benefits





The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
