Lead care operations at Regina Pioneer Village using clinical leadership and analytical skills within Saskatchewan Health Authority’s dementia nursing unit. This full-time temporary assignment works days with standby coverage. Reporting to the Director of Continuing Care Urban (Regina), the Manager, Care Team connects operational plans with Saskatchewan Health Authority goals. The position develops, executes, monitors, reports, and adjusts operational and business plans. It also builds partnerships across the organization and community.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Five or more years of clinical leadership or management experience
- Experience developing programs in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Undergraduate health-related degree or diploma
