Lead light rail vehicle maintenance for Transdev Canada in Brampton, Ontario, overseeing preventive, corrective, and custodial programs for the Hazel McCallion Line. This Maintenance of Rolling Stock Manager directs day-to-day LRV maintenance, cleaning, and service delivery. You will manage supervisors, technicians, and warehouse personnel in a safety-critical 24/7 setting. The work includes planning, audits, inspections, reporting, and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee daily LRV maintenance, cleaning, and service delivery
- Manage supervisors, technicians, and stores or warehouse technicians
- Monitor performance, incidents, delays, and exceptional occurrences
- Audit maintenance, vehicle cleaning, records, and reporting standards

Requirements:
- Post-secondary technical program, preferably electrical or mechanical
- At least ten years preferred in complex safety-critical environments
- Knowledge of light rail electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Experience with maintenance methodology and work order systems
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada Bring rail maintenance leadership, technical inspection expertise, and safety-focused service management to Transdev Canada’s Brampton operation.
