Shape responsible AI governance at Northbridge Financial through risk assessment, policy development, and secure cloud oversight across the organization. This role supports innovation while maintaining compliance. As AI & Cloud Governance Lead, you will design and maintain enterprise AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and guidelines. You will oversee model lifecycle governance, AI inventories, risk ratings, KRIs, and regulatory monitoring. The role also coordinates Legal, ERM, Privacy, Security, Architecture, Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Business Owners.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the enterprise AI governance framework
- Assess AI risks, approvals, controls, and remediation issues
- Maintain AI inventories and map risks to controls




- Monitor evolving AI regulations and standards
- Coordinate governance across organizational stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a technology environment
- Robust understanding of evolving AI and cloud environments
- Ability to assess mission-critical application risks and change impacts
- Proficient knowledge of information systems and software Lead AI governance, risk management, and regulatory alignment while strengthening responsible technology practices across Northbridge Financial.
