Brockville Ford is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our Service Department and help deliver an exceptional dealership experience.

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience)

About the Role

As the Service Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Service Department while ensuring outstanding customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance. You will play a key role in building customer loyalty, mentoring employees, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.

What You'll Do

- Manage all aspects of the dealership's Service Department operations.
- Drive customer satisfaction and create a best-in-class service experience.
- Monitor department performance, efficiency, costs, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with vehicle diagnostics and technical problem-solving.
- Oversee parts, equipment, and service-related resources.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop service department employees.




- Work closely with management to achieve dealership goals and objectives.
