About the Role:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department. Your role is to provide a seamless and positive experience, ensuring that customers receive timely and efficient service for their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs

- Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs

- Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for service work

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow

- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles

- Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction

- Maintain detailed service records and documentation

Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role (automotive industry preferred)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance is an asset





- Proficiency in computer systems and dealership software

- A valid drivers license
