We are seeking a Sales And Design Assistant to join our team!
LTS Custom Millwork is a busy cabinet company based in Sooke, serving the lower South Island. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and assisting our Sales and Design team with administrative tasks. Experience in this field is beneficial, however we are willing to train the right candidate. This position offers an excellent prospect for professional growth in the area of design and shop drawing.
A typical day may be working with our production team to ensure shop drawings are accurate and ready for production, working with onsite project managers to ensure that jobs are on track and ready for install, working with the sales team to ensure our customers have received necessary communications and updated information.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information about the products and services
- Relay between onsite teams and management about product issues and site concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Experience or education around drawing with programs like Design Flex (2020) or AutoCAD is an asset
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid drivers licence and vehicle (this position requires local travel between job sites and production facilities).
