Serve Vancity members as a Financial Services Representative using communication and relationship-building skills in an in office, full-time temporary branch role. Weekend availability may be required because branch hours vary by location.

Based at Vancity’s Main Street Community Branch, Branch 09, you will welcome members and understand their needs across everyday banking, borrowing, investments, and protection. This sales-focused position connects personalized advice with member goals while supporting branch success. You will report to the Assistant Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet members warmly and create welcoming branch interactions
- Explore needs across banking, borrowing, investments, and protection
- Recommend products or connect members with appropriate specialists




- Demonstrate online banking tools and support self-service
- Follow through on commitments, updates, hand-offs, and satisfaction

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and active listening abilities
- Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or service roles
- Comfort working toward sales goals and offering solutions
- Digital confidence with CRM and banking tools
