Provide person-centered resident care as an Unregulated Care Provider with Cogir Senior Living, earning $22.47 per hour. Support medication administration and documentation under supervision.

Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, this position serves retirees across independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. You will provide personal care, follow care plans, and complete selected tasks within your knowledge and skill. The role requires communication, organization, and resident-focused support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct personal care to residents
- Follow supervisors’ plans of care and directions
- Administer medications and treatments with required documentation
- Observe and report changes in resident conditions
- Support resident safety and advocate on residents’ behalf

Requirements:

- Personal Support Worker training or equivalent healthcare education
- Experience supporting seniors in community health services
- Robust written, oral, interpersonal, and customer-focused skills
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
- Vulnerable Sector Screening and Criminal Background Check
