Manage British Columbia mortgage funding from Vault’s Toronto office, using file verification and pipeline management skills. Support accurate, timely loan closings. As a Mortgage Fulfillment Officer, you will maintain and update files from signed commitment through funding. You will review applications, verify complete data, fulfill conditions, and meet service standards. The work requires close coordination with British Columbia Underwriters, Business Development, mortgage brokers, partners, and lawyers.
