Altis Recruitment is partnering with an established non-profit organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and funder reporting. Your work will help align financial resources with program priorities and funding commitments. Reporting to the Director of Finance, youll collaborate with finance colleagues and program leaders to turn complex financial data into clear insights. Youll analyze monthly and quarterly results, explain variances and identify emerging risks. Youll prepare ministry and federal funder reports, aligning submissions with funding agreements and deadlines. Youll support funding proposals and management reporting with accurate financial analysis. Youll strengthen data structures in QuickBooks Desktop and improve reporting workflows.



Youll support audit cycles and time-sensitive reporting requirements. Demonstrated financial analysis experience in a non-profit, public sector or multi‑funder environment. Hands‑on QuickBooks Desktop and SAP Concur accounts payable module experience. Advanced Excel skills and experience supporting budgets, forecasts and financial models. Degree in accounting, finance or a related field. CPA designation or progress toward completion is an asset.
