We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with our team on a contract or part-time basis to source, attract, and guide top-tier clinical and operational talent through our hiring process. Building a Team That Cares Differently Own the Pipeline: Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, from intake and job posting through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. Tap into skilled networks, healthcare communities, LinkedIn, referrals,



and creative channels to find the kind of people who don’t just apply for jobs, they get discovered. Recruiting Fluency: You bring at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to healthcare, wellness, or startup environments. You know how to recruit for both clinical and corporate roles. Sourcing Savvy: You are skilled with LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and multi-channel sourcing strategies. You can build interview scorecards, track pipeline metrics, and keep stakeholders informed without overcomplicating the process. Experience recruiting for concierge, hospitality-forward, or premium service environments is a significant asset. Startup Comfort: You thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment where priorities shift and you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats. You don’t wait for a process to exist, you help build it.
