Support technology and facilities at UCalgary’s Downtown Campus with desktop troubleshooting, classroom systems, and responsive service for staff and instructors. Continuing Education seeks a recurring part time specialist supporting the Downtown Campus and Seminar Centre on Main Campus. Reporting to Facilities and Operations leadership, you will provide desktop support, address IT and classroom issues, and maintain technology and facilities services. The work includes campus security, room resources, equipment coordination, and collaboration with IT teams and vendors. You will also support instructors, staff, and students across campus locations. Provide desktop support for staff and instructors Troubleshoot IT, hardware, software, and classroom issues Maintain room schedules and support campus security Post-secondary education in computer science, commerce, or business administration Minimum two years’ customer service, facilities, or IT support experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to test and troubleshoot software programs Bring desktop support, troubleshooting, communication, and classroom technology skills to UCalgary’s Continuing Education campuses. #
