We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Virtual Medical Office Assistant to support our virtual clinic operations. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for both patients and healthcare providers. Schedule and manage virtual appointments through the Tia Health platform Communicate with patients via phone, email, and secure messaging Assist patients with joining virtual visits and troubleshooting minor technical issues Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
