We're looking for a Finance & Accounting Coordinator who thrives on organization, accuracy, and being the go-to person who keeps everything on track. You'll play a key role behind the scenes, supporting invoicing, union payroll, cost tracking, and smooth operations across fast-moving projects. Opportunities for growth

- accurate, timely, no surprises Own accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing, collections, account reconciliation, and follow-up on outstanding balances Track budgets, costs, and financials across multiple projects Support payroll coordination, including union environments Keep documentation clean, organized, and audit-ready Partner with project managers, finance, and operations to resolve issues quickly Union admin & payroll experience highly preferred ~5+ years in project administration, bookkeeping, or finance support ~ Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems ~ Confidence working across teams in a construction or industrial environment Some roles may require a criminal record check #
