Sales Manager As an Automotive Sales Specialist, you will guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process, delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Hyundai brand. Engage and assist customers professionally, whether in store, by phone, or through online inquiries Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives Present pricing and financing options,



and help structure deals alongside management Maintain consistent, accurate follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships Continuously build product knowledge and stay current on OEM features, technology, and market trends Success in this role depends on consistent effort, strong follow up habits, and the ability to build customer trust.
