We’re looking for a talented and team-driven Senior FP&A; Analyst to join us on our journey. We make it easy for organizations to take control of spend and save money. A big part of this role involves building relationships internally and driving adoption of new tools, metrics, or processes. You are a person with a knack for detail, and you’re motivated by helping our internal customers achieve the best version of themselves. Build and maintain driver-based operating models tied to business assumptions (headcount, ARR growth, pipeline) Perform meaningful and in-depth financial analysis on current and future financial performance, which includes but is not limited to budget variance analysis, standard monthly, quarterly and annual financial analysis. Drive effective application of AI tools for data analysis, insight generation, and narrative commentary to improve accuracy, increase efficiency, and streamline day‑to‑day operations. Research and analyze historical, current and projected financial data for use in planning, forecasting and management decision making Partner with broader Finance and RevOps teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems Build relationships across the organization to ensure alignment on assumptions, definitions and support storytelling through data 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A;,
