Brightshores Health System in Owen Sound is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) to join our Laboratory team. The MLT collects samples, performs diagnostic tests, analyzes results and prepares reports to guide diagnosis and treatment.

The successful candidate will maintain quality of care, comply with CMLTO and IQMH standards, participate in quality improvement and risk management, and contribute to hospital-wide programs.
