Outlier is seeking freelance contributors to train AI models by engaging in live English conversations with AI voice models and evaluating responses for naturalness and usefulness.

Contributors will also compare AI-generated images and videos, assess alignment with prompts, and provide concise, evidence-based written feedback. A bachelor’s degree or higher and solid English communication are preferred, with flexible remote hours.
