Diagnose Volkswagen vehicles at Jim Pattison Volkswagen Surrey using automotive technology, electrical troubleshooting, and manufacturer standards. This role is based in Surrey.

As an Automotive Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain Volkswagen’s expanding lineup. The position requires previous automotive technician experience, solid diagnostic skills, and attention to detail. Red Seal certification or progress toward it is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to dealership standards
- Inspect vehicles and document accurate measurements
- Identify mechanical and electrical issues and recommend solutions
- Safely isolate and re-energize high-voltage systems




- Conduct road tests and pre-delivery inspections

Requirements:

- Red Seal certification or current progress toward certification
- Previous automotive technician experience
- Valid British Columbia driver’s licence and satisfactory abstract
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
