Lead food and beverage operations at Pursuit while supervising teams, upholding service standards, and resolving guest concerns on the spot. This full time, year-round position starts in October. As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will support daily outlet management and guest experience improvement. You will help recruit, train, and manage staff while maintaining food quality, hygiene, safety compliance, and accurate inventory. The position also supports revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
