Identify and research SMB staffing agencies and recruitment firms, primarily in the United States and Canada. Conduct outbound prospecting through appropriate channels, including calls, email, and professional networks. Introduce Talk2Apply's conversational recruiting solutions and uncover potential conversion, intake, or recruiting workflow needs. Share market feedback and improve outreach messages, targeting, and handoffs as the team learns. Understand recruiting workflows such as career-site traffic, applicant drop-off, pre-ATS intake, and recruiter follow-up; Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, personalize outreach, qualify interest, and coordinate founder-led discovery conversations. Comfort with proactive outbound prospecting, including speaking with recent business contacts. Willingness to work in a 100% commission-based role with no base salary and uncapped earning potential. Ability to work remotely from India or Canada,



with ownership of personal outreach activity and prospect records. Knowledge of staffing, recruitment, HR technology, or recruitment marketing. Experience with prospect research, CRM software, or sales engagement tools.
