Deliver accurate financial transactions and member support as an Access Credit Union Member Service Representative. Build trusted relationships through advice and service.

This regular position serves existing and potential members through deposits, withdrawals, loans, payments, and account assistance. You will promote credit union products while following security, confidentiality, fraud prevention, and risk management procedures. The role also involves referrals and community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process deposits, withdrawals, loans, payments, and money orders
- Balance cash drawers, ATMs, and night deposits daily
- Resolve routine account and deposit instrument problems
- Respond to member inquiries by phone, email,



and in person
- Promote products, services, referrals, and member relationships

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year customer or member service experience
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate, detail-oriented approach with sound judgment
- Proficient computer skills and standardized procedure knowledge
