Coordinate live events at Scotiabank Arena while building communication and organizational skills with MLSE’s Live Events team. Support internal programs from planning through delivery. Reporting to the Events Manager, this intern gains hands-on experience planning and executing small to large-scale internal events. The work involves coordinating departments, communicating with event personnel, and supporting smooth delivery at Scotiabank Arena. Previous event planning experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities




Support event execution and lead relevant event-day personnel Serve as main contact for assigned internal clients Distribute accurate event details across departments Prepare event cost estimates with MLSE departments Conduct event briefings and support administrative updates

Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a related university or college program Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Accuracy, independence, and solid attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge required Develop live event coordination, client communication, and operational planning skills through internal events at Scotiabank Arena. #J-18808-Ljbffr
