Intact Financial seeks an Associate for its belairdirect team in Montreal. You will advise customers about home and auto insurance, analyze needs, and recommend coverage solutions. The full time hybrid position begins January 11, 2027, with three months of training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers about home and auto insurance products
- Explain coverage options and answer customer questions
- Analyze needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

Requirements:
- At least one year of similar experience
- Fluency in English and French for customer service
- Strong communication, listening, and computer skills
