Support import and export operations for Cencora in onsite Mississauga while handling customer relationships, complex problems, and shipment concerns.
This Logistics Specialist supports daily operations at the Mississauga location on a 12-month contract. The work includes customer care, complaint resolution, customer support, and collaboration with operations and sales. The schedule starts Sundays at 09:00 and Monday through Thursday at 13:00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for targeted customer segments
- Resolve complex shipment and non-shipment problems
- Address complaints and drive systemic improvements
- Support customers onsite and maintain trusting relationships
- Assist operations leadership with complex assignments and responses
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of customer care experience
- High School diploma
- Effective written and verbal English and/or French communication
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts and minimal supervision
