Strong customer relationships remain central. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this Building Operator handles general maintenance and mechanical systems within Crown-managed buildings. The work includes tenant inquiries, work orders, inspections, contractors, safety procedures, and environmental programs. Candidates should understand building systems, maintenance practices, and property operations.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to tenant work orders, inquiries, issues, and complaints Perform inspections, testing, repairs, and maintenance across building systems Supervise scheduled maintenance, cleaning, HVAC, and life safety services Coordinate contractors, estimates, purchase orders,



and construction documentation Support emergencies, on-call duties, sustainability, and environmental reporting

Requirements:
One to three years of property management experience Working knowledge of HVAC, automation, safety, security, plumbing, and electrical systems Robust mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction practices Current Basic First Aid, CPR, and AED certification Valid Ontario Class G licence and reliable personal vehicle Apply building systems knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and tenant service skills as Crown’s Building Operator in property management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
