As a Product Specialist, you will support customers throughout a focused automotive sales experience. You will present new and pre-owned vehicles, explain pricing and financing, communicate across several channels, and work toward monthly goals. Previous automotive sales experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify vehicles matching customer needs through attentive listening
- Present vehicles with walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
- Explain features, pricing, payments, and financing options clearly
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone, email, and text




- Build relationships while pursuing monthly sales and productivity goals

Requirements:

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated approach to automotive sales
- Comfort learning technology and computerized systems
- Valid Manitoba driver's licence
